What is life at Lyrix like?

Customer Focused
Everyone on the Lyrix team is focused on maintaining superior relationships with our customers. The customer intimate approach taken by Lyrix allows employees to interact with our customers and share a level of customer intimacy and involvement that often does not exist in large companies.

Family Oriented
Lyrix attempts to ensure a strong balance between work and employees’ personal lives. This starts with a generous number of paid holidays and three weeks of vacation accrued during the first year of employment. But it extends beyond vacation and holidays to activities and events. Lyrix sponsors a summer outing for all employees and their families, trips to local sporting events and other social events. These events encourage family oriented activities and social interaction of employees outside the workplace.

Open Communication
At Lyrix everyone’s opinions and ideas count. A helping hand is never out of reach. The executive staff holds quarterly town hall meetings with all employees to discuss company direction, results, questions and concerns. Broadcast voice mails and e-mails as well as impromptu luncheons and training sessions keep everyone well informed.
